So many women are confused as to what they should and shouldn’t be doing in the very early weeks and months after the birth of their child because quite simply, the information and care offered is usually directed toward the health of the baby. 4th Trimester aims to redress the balance and provide an essential ‘in between programme’ that supports you in this important restorative period. I will safely guide you back to core re-connection, simple self-care strategies, organising your support system, a return to formal exercise and easy nutrition for postnatal recovery.

Healing a Diastasis recti is a whole body issue. It is not just about exercise, the woman’s belly or the gap. A deep assessment is required before a starting a programme that focusses on nutrition for healing, your breathing strategy and postural alignment before we apply exercise and load. This programme has been tried and tested by hundreds of women and has received rave reviews. Holistic Core Restore® C-Section
Recovery from a C-Section is challenging for many women and a deeper approach is required to ensure that your recovery is truly an inside out affair. Just like a diastasis recti client there needs to be a deep assessment of your core strength / connection and then a program involving hands on massage therapies, nutrition, scar tissue release, postural re-alignment work before we finally get to the ‘core restoring’ exercise part of the programme.

 

Holistic Core Restore® Heat
In the HCR Heat programme, we have a great exercise for fat loss that is also pelvic floor friendly. It is a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism to keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session. Once you have completed the Every Woman programme, Heat is your next step and we truly take it up a notch or two with a change in music and tempo to truly get you moving.
