Personal Training Sessions
I understand that to start personal training can be a daunting process but I will take the time to understand your goals and motivations to ensure that I prepare the right programme for you.
The first step is a consultation where we would meet to discuss your goals, nutrition, lifestyle, exercise history and any potential barriers that may stand in your way. I will then prepare a programme that will help you reach your goals as quickly and safely as possible. I will also measure your weight and track your achievements along the way so you can see the progress you are making.
Personal training sessions can be for 30 minutes or one hour, and are available during the week and at the weekend.
I offer the following packages:
- Platinum - 24 sessions £912
- Gold - 12 sessions £480
- Silver - 8 sessions £328
- Bronze - 4 sessions £168
- Pay as you go - £45
Pre and Postnatal Training
Pregnancy is a wonderful and exciting time but it can come with plenty of worries - one of which is what types of exercise you can and can’t do. I am fully qualified to help your through this time in your life and I have worked with many pregnant women from the date of conception right the way through to their due date.
Postnatal training also comes with it’s own worries. Even a straight forward pregnancy and birth can lead to changes in the female body which can have a lasting impact. Using the Holistic Core Restore® method and other postnatal training techniques I can help you improve your core, your pelvic floor and your posture. Postnatal training also helps with the demands of being a new mum - these babies don’t get any lighter and they get more and more active so you will need to be able to keep up.

Small Group Training
Thanks to my beautiful studio at Box End Park in Bedford I am able to offer 5 small group training sessions per week. These sessions are for a maximum of 12 people so you are guaranteed to get plenty of individual attention and support to get you fitter, stronger, leaner and toned.
I run four different types of classes throughout the week that are suitable for all abilities:
- Sculpt Ladies
Ladies this one is just for you! Condition your core, improve your posture and gain strength. This sweaty conditioning class is a circuits based session where we use the TRX, weights, bodyweight and Swiss balls exercises to ensure you get a good calorie burn and leave feeling energised.
- Sculpt Strength
Feel strong and feel lean! In this one hour class we lift weights to strengthen our entire body. Prepare for lunges, squats, dead lifts, bicep curls and much, much more. You will leave feeling achey but within weeks you'll see the difference in your body, so be prepared for the compliments.
- Sculpt Mix
TRX, ViPR, kettle bells, weights - you name it we'll be using it! This circuits based class will use the latest gym equipment to ensure you get a fantastic all round workout. Strength, cardio and flexibility will all feature in this fun and highly motivating class.

Your 'Class Pass' is a monthly pass that gives you access to any of the classes above. You simply buy a pass for 4, 8 or 12 classes depending how many you wish to attend each month.
At the end of the month when you have used up all your passes you simply buy a new pass. This way if you know you can’t attend your normal Monday night class you can join in a different class.
- 12 classes per month - £90 (£7.50 per session)
- 8 classes per month - £68 (£8.50 per session)
- 4 classes per month - £40 (£10 per session)
